To access InteleConnect Portal or Viewer you will require an account. If you don’t already have user access please apply for a PACS account.

Download and install InteleViewer for Windows or Mac Operating Systems.

The program is simple to use, secure and allows instant access to all imaging within the Dr Jones & Partners network (including Adelaide Women’s Imaging). To get started, the program simply needs to be installed on the desktop and the Dr Jones Online URL bookmark added to the application.

Both Windows and MAC installation instructions are below, as well as how to add the Dr Jones Online bookmark.

Windows Installation

1. Download InteleViewer for Windows:
   Download InteleViewer for Windows (32 bit download / 64 bit download)
   Help – which Windows do I have?
   Note: You will need to provide your username and password to access the downloads. If you do not have a username, you can request anew referrer password.
   
2. Locate the downloaded InteleViewer.exe file, double-click it and run the installer.You may get a security warning asking for confirmation ‘Do you want to run this software?’, click ‘run’.
3. Read and accept the terms of the InteleViewer license agreement and click ‘Next’.
4. Read and accept the terms of the Oracle Java license agreement and click ‘Next’.
5. Click ‘Next’ to install to the default location or choose a different location.
6. At the ‘Allow User Upgrade’ window, ensure the default all users is selected for the ‘Enable Future Upgrades’ option and click ‘Next’.
7. At the ‘Enable InteleViewer DICOM Service’ window, leave the default ‘Disable DICOM service (recommended)’ and click ‘Next’.

The InteleViewer installation will then complete and an icon appears on your desktop.

1. Double-click the desktop InteleViewer icon. InteleViewer will prompt you to add a server bookmark. Enter the following URL details:
   URL: https://online.drjones.com.au
   Tick: ‘Use custom server name’
   Name: Dr Jones Online
   Click ‘OK’.
2. Close the ‘Server Bookmarks’ Window.
3. Enter your Dr Jones Online username and password to login.

MAC Installation

1. Double-click InteleViewer.dmg
   This disk image contains InteleViewer and a license agreement.
2. Drag InteleViewer to the desired location on your Mac.
3. Double-click InteleViewer.
4. Make a shortcut link to InteleViewer by dragging the InteleViewer icon from the application folder onto your dock.

Launch InteleViewer.

1. You will be prompted to add a server bookmark. Enter the following details:
   InteleViewer Bookmark URL: https://online.drjones.com.au
   Tick: ‘Use custom server name’
   Name: Dr Jones Online
   Click ‘OK’.
2. Close the ‘Server Bookmarks’ window.
3. Enter your Dr Jones Online username and password to login.

Adding a Dr Jones (AWI) Online Bookmark

Once installed, InteleViewer will prompt you to add a server bookmark. Enter the following details:

• InteleViewer bookmark URL: https://online.drjones.com.au
• Tick – “Use custom server name”
• Name: Dr Jones Online

Click “OK”.

Enter your Dr Jones Online username and password to login to InteleViewer.
